1. How can I place an order on Nafees Tailoring & Clothing?
You can place an order easily by browsing our website, selecting your desired products, and adding them to your cart. Once you’re ready, proceed to checkout and fill in your shipping details. You can choose from available payment methods, including Cash on Delivery (COD) for local orders. You can also place your order via WhatsApp at 03165074007.
2. How do I know if my order has been successfully placed?
Once your order is placed, you will receive an order confirmation email with your order details. If you do not receive the confirmation, please check your Junk/Spam folder or contact our customer service team.
3. Can I change or cancel my order after it has been placed?
Orders can be canceled within 24 hours of placement. Once your order is processed or shipped, changes cannot be made. For cancellations, please reach out to our customer service team immediately via email at nafeestailors699@gmail.com or call 03165074007.
4. Do you offer free shipping?
Standard shipping charges apply. However, if you order above 10,000 PKR, we offer free delivery all over Pakistan. For international orders, shipping charges will be calculated at the time of checkout based on the package size and destination.
5. How long will it take for my order to arrive?
For local orders (excluding stitching products): Delivery will take 2-3 working days. For international orders: Delivery will take 3-6 working days.
6. Can I track my order?
Yes, once your order is dispatched, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number and carrier details. You can use this information to track your order.
7. What should I do if my order is damaged or incorrect?
If your order is damaged or incorrect, please contact us within 48 hours of receiving the product. You can reach out to our customer service at nafeestailors699@gmail.com or call 03165074007 to arrange for a return.
8. Do you offer exchanges?
Yes, we offer exchanges if the product is faulty or if we delivered the incorrect item. The exchange policy is valid within 7 working days of receiving the product. Please ensure the product is unused and in its original condition with tags.
9. What payment methods do you accept?
We accept Cash on Delivery (COD) for local orders. You can pay via Easypaisa, JazzCash, or UBL bank account.
10. Do you ship internationally?
Yes, we ship to various countries outside of Pakistan. Please note that customs duties and taxes may apply depending on the destination country. These charges are the responsibility of the customer.
11. Can I modify my order after it has been placed?
Once an order is processed, we are unable to modify it. However, you can cancel your order within 24 hours of placing it. After shipment, modifications are not possible.
